Located on the quiet Hayward St is this homely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom that was built in the early 2002’s. The bonus of a rear property is the extra privacy that you get from the street plus the driveway is gated making it more secure. Parking is in the form of a double garage with drive through access plus another pergola with shade cloth for a extra parking space if needed.
This pocket of Myaree has a great neighbourly feel to it. There are plenty of families on the street and surrounding streets. If you are worried about a lack of garden space for the kids then you don’t need to as Edgar Saul Reserve is just up the road which is well shaded by tress and has a small playground and if they get bored of that playground there is another one just a couple of minutes away at Pitman Park.
Stepping inside the home you have your main living area to the left and the master suite to the right. Going down the hallway you have your main hub of the home that being your living, dining and kitchen area with kitchen have direct access to the garage making easy for bringing in the weekly shop. Natural light is something you don’t have to worry about in this area either as this side of the home is all North facing giving you the lovely winter sun.
The remaining three bedrooms are a good size and have built in robes. These bedrooms are accompanied by the second bathroom.
Whilst this home may be original it is a great way to get a 4 bedroom home in this part of Myaree for great value and really make this home yours!

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.
Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
