From the moment you step onto the front veranda and through the feature archway, the craftsmanship is unmistakable.
High ceilings, beautiful jarrah floorboards, and refined character details create warmth and presence, the kind of home you feel immediately.
The kitchen has been fully updated with soft-close cabinetry, original woodfire stove, gas cooktop, and electric oven, plus its own split system. It seamlessly connects to the dining area while preserving its heritage charm.
Both bathrooms have been upgraded, the home has been freshly painted inside and out, and new plumbing has been completed to the kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
But what truly elevates this home is what sits beneath and beyond the surface.
Steel stumps.
Underfloor insulation with no draught between floorboards.
Air conditioning only two years old.
Driveway recently completed.
The work has been done properly, not just cosmetically.
Outdoors, quality decking and café blinds create an inviting entertaining BBQ space overlooking manicured gardens, reticulated lawns and established fruit trees.
With two driveways, an enclosed garage, second lockable carport, caravan lean-to and a huge powered, insulated shed with rear lane access, complete with an internal lockable studio/workspace, this property offers flexibility rarely found in homes of this era.
If you're chasing character without compromise, this is one to inspect.
