THE ULTIMATE SOUTH WEST GETAWAY

Escape the bustling city and arrive at 127 Endicott Loop, Dunsborough, the perfect marriage of resort lifestyle and ranch living.

Originally designed and built by renowned local builder David Lodge as a permanent home to his family and horses the property has more recently been enjoyed as a luxury south west holiday getaway to a large Perth family.

This sprawling one level 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom abode with huge separate home office (potentially a 5th guest room), and additional powder room is set on a very private 7.03 acres, just minutes from the Dunsborough town centre, and even closer to the turquoise waters and soft white sand of Meelup Beach.

Enjoying stunning views over the 23m infinity edge pool and beyond to the lush creek line reserve passing through the Meelup Hills, a great deal of care has gone into creating one of the region’s most stunning properties. A generous water supply is fed from both rainwater and an onsite bore to the 2 water tanks which ensures the lush gardens are always looking at their very best while the convenience of scheme water means you never have to worry about running short of one of our most precious resources.

The thick white rendered walls and rough sawn, solid entry timber doors pay homage to the residences Hacienda style, while the sprawling open floor plan with high timber lined ceiling, and large double sided open fireplace welcomes you upon entry.

Expansive North East facing glazing and wide opening rear doors for quintessential indoor/outdoor living overlooking the stunning alfresco area and pool with cabana ensures any stress from the previous weeks work dissolves in an instant once you return home.

This truly is the ultimate “entertainers compound” or perhaps you would prefer the description “private oasis” - the choice is yours!

Dunsborough overview

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.

Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
