This family home has been built for self-contained comfort.
It's got the layout and additions people used to have when homes were built around kids growing up in them: a sunken lounge to limit the ruckus in the mornings, a full backyard for racing and bouncing around during the day, and pot belly heater for chilly evenings filled with warm meals and card or board games. There's even a hideaway study located between the kitchen and the theatre room, perfect for catching up on work or taking time out for hobbies.
When it comes to the end of the day, all of the beds leave plenty of room for a shelf filled with books and a big comfy chair, and the built-in robes help to maintain a sense of space and order. There's also an ensuite attached to the main bedroom and a big Rheem gas hot water unit to make mornings easier too.
No matter what comes with the family – dogs, a pizza oven, or a full-sized trampoline – this home will accommodate it. Neat garden beds surround long stretches of lawn which is easy to maintain with the retic, and the tidy alfresco even has a TV anchor point in the ceiling to keep everyone happy. For those who like to entertain, last minute essentials are easy to grab from the Woodvale IGA, which is only five minutes' walk away.
Close to Meerilinga, North Woodvale Primary, The Woodvale Tavern, Chichester Park and Woodvale Private Hospital for Women, there's so much already here for families and friends to enjoy. For those who need to head out of the area, the front door is metres from 465 bus stops and only a few moments' drive to Ocean Reef Road and the Mitchell Freeway. This suburban home is ideally placed for owners or investors, so don't beat around the bush – book a viewing with Chris on 0400 241 017.
