Nestled in a sought-after pocket close to parks, shops and transport, this classic Woodvale home will appeal to families, small and large, or those just starting out.
Double entry doors, large windows and ceiling fans, along with a modern palette of white and soft greys, add to the light and airy feel of this home. Tiled flooring features throughout the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen. The impressive kitchen provides stone benchtops, breakfast bar, double sink, appliance nook, subway tile splashbacks and a dishwasher. With loads of preparation and storage space, cavities for a double fridge and microwave, this kitchen is beautifully styled and functional and will inspire the cook within. Adjacent to the open living area is a large, carpeted home theatre/family room.
Leading out from the open living area is the paved and covered alfresco. With plenty of room, built-in bench seating and ceiling fans, this space is perfect for entertaining, family time or just relaxing. Enjoy the outdoor spa while the kids play on the backyard lawn.
High quality carpets and ceiling fans feature throughout the bedrooms. The main bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Also with bath and shower is the main bathroom.
The double garage provides plenty of space and security with additional parking next to the garage.
