Welcome to your chance of a lifetime - to live in a uniquely valuable setting.
The Witchcliffe Eco Village is a world-leader in energy production, house design, and community living and its objectives are to be 100% self-sufficient in renewable energy and water, provide infrastructure to grow fresh food on site in community gardens, build carbon negative dwellings and function as a highly sustainable, self-reliant, socially and culturally diverse community in a regional setting.
The 11 residential clusters are supported by "Ecovillage Commons" which comprises a large area of land (approx. 40ha) used for communal purposes, agricultural and/or agroforestry, conservation areas, water resources, recreational and community facilities.
12 Karrack Crescent is among one of the largest blocks in the village, with a fabulous long northern boundary, and allows the greatest scope and versatility for house design.
Come and check out the incredible diversity of homes and impressive infrastructure that allows you to simply walk or ride to gather daily provisions; have minimal to zero energy and water costs; and have access to a vibrant and stimulating community.
From this perfectly positioned and level 1057m2 block you have a further 182m2 exclusive use garden (irrigated by the dam water) in addition to the massive community garden, and it's a short walk to the Village Square and in easy distance of Witchcliffe town amenities. It's also so close to the famous Wardandi Track for cycling to Margaret River (or 8mins drive away); and it's a 10mins drive to stunning Redgate Beach.

The townsite of Witchcliffe is located in the south west agricultural region, 286 kilometres south southwest of Perth and nine kilometres south of Margaret River. In 1924 the government extended the railway to Witchcliffe, and at first selected the name Newralingup for the siding, but the name Narawary was approved. However, a Post Office named Witchcliffe had already been opened when the railway siding was named, and Narawary siding was renamed Witchcliffe in February 1925. Also in 1924 interest was shown in blocks of land at Witchcliffe Siding, and after investigation a scheme of subdivision was planned, lots surveyed, and a townsite gazetted in 1926.
The name Witchcliffe was first used in this district for Witchliffe Cave, the name being recorded by a surveyor in 1900. The name was probably given by the Bussell family who settled near here in the 1850's, naming their property "Wallcliffe House". Both the homestead and the cave are in an area of coastal cliffs, hence the "cliffe" part of the name.
