We love the neighbourhood and street. We wanted a comfortable home that was suitable for busy work and family life. It has a very practical floor plan with separate zone for the kids, it has been such a great home for us.

Our favourite room would be the living room. The northern aspect allows lots of natural light to come in and you can see sky and mature trees as you look out the windows. The kitchen is pretty special too, it has loads of storage options and a huge central bench space. We often all sit at the breakfast bar at the same time.

WHAT THE OWNERS HAVE ENJOYED ABOUT THE LOCATION

Apart from being a quiet street with lovely neighbours, it has been so convenient. We can walk to Angelo St, the river or the park. It is so central to everything we need..the schools, shopping and cafes. It is such a beautiful part of South Perth.
