Coolabah Way, nestled at the bottom of Mundy Regional Park with the rolling Perth hills as your backdrop and nothing but the quiet of the birds and the wind through the trees to enjoy. You have found your next home. Whether this is your first property purchase, your final property purchase or just an addition to your portfolio you have found a true hidden gem in the bustling suburb of Forrestfield. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and space. You are mere moments away from gorgeous natural bushlands and the renowned Lesmurdie Falls while still being close enough to enjoy all the modern convenience of central Kalamunda City living.
The front of the house features secure private roller shutters and a comfortable single car garage. There are three bedrooms, one bathroom and multiple living areas inside with a kitchen and bathroom that have been well cared for but provide lots of scope for future renovations. This little delight really packs a punch! For entertaining you have space both inside or outside, but the semi enclosed extension area with adjacent patio blends the best of both worlds providing light filled open living for friends and family alike. You will be proud to show this one off.
Out the back you have a perfect blank canvas. Plenty of space for the kids and the pets but room to make a workshop or construct a pool if either of these are on your wish-list. Currently there is even gated side access here (though this may not be the case forever). Prospective buyers should not wait for us to sell this to someone else, call The Mitchell Brothers as soon as you can to arrange an inspection.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
