Being located in one of those quiet streets you never imagined existed, this exclusive cul-de-sac location is shared by only a few neighbours.
It is located at the western side of town within a short ride to both the town and beach and strategically located to make further development highly unlikely.
Stylish rendered brick and Colorbond construction (Circa 2005) with an interior design to set it apart from the average.
The front portico leads into the wide entry hall where "stage right" takes you to a most attractive home office before entering the master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. There is a free standing bath and vanity area, wc and shower recess separately located behind a solid wall at the back of the ensuite.
The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are wrapped around an alfresco area on three sides with the one open end enjoying a prime north east aspect. High ceilings, sheltered from the elements and accessed from all three family areas, this area is a centrepiece to the clever design.
The kitchen/dining area, awash with natural light and opening onto the alfresco area, features stone benchtops with a large island bench, twin bowl sink and a stainless steel Technika dishwasher. There is also a stainless steel 900mm Blanko gas hot plate, 900mm stainless steel Artusi oven, 900mm stainless steel rangehood and a huge walk-in pantry/larder behind the appliance area.
The main lounge area, immediately adjacent but separate to the kitchen, opens onto the north east facing alfresco area and has a ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioner.
There is a second lounge/activity area adjacent to the minor bedrooms.
Bedrooms two, three and four all have built-in wardrobes.
The second bathroom has a shower recess, bath and vanity plus separate WC.
Laundry has a built-in trough and there is a large walk-in linen press off the hall.

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.
Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
