THE DEAL
Commanding an expansive 1,055sqm parcel in one of the most tightly held enclaves, this remarkable residence effortlessly blends timeless character with generous proportions and lifestyle luxury. Framed by a classic post-war façade with federation-style tuck pointing, the home is beautifully set back behind a manicured garden and a wide 20-metre frontage, offering a picture of charm and privacy from the moment you arrive.
The expansive veranda sets the tone—perfectly poised to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind with a book as you take in views of the park directly across the road. Step inside and be immediately greeted by the warmth of its original features, with period detailing and character elements creating an inviting ambience throughout. A thoughtful renovation has brought modern comforts into the heart of the home, including a sleek, renovated kitchen that balances functionality with style.
Enjoying a true northern orientation, the home is flooded with natural light, particularly through its central living spaces which open out to an idyllic backyard sanctuary. Here, a sparkling pool takes centre stage, surrounded by established gardens and ample room for entertaining. But what truly elevates this property is the rare setting—while there’s a lush park at the front, a private reserve borders the rear, ensuring a level of peace, space, and privacy few homes can offer.

Track propertyThe suburb of Menora grew out of a large area generally referred to as Mount Lawley. In 1954, the Nomenclature Advisory Committee, working with the Postmaster General established suburb names and boundaries for the inner metropolitan area. The area of Menora was considered unnamed, and Menora was chosen as the name because of the Menora Picture Theatre located in Walcott Street within the area.
Menora is home to a large Jewish community, the heart of which is the Perth Hebrew Congregation. It is close to the Carmel Jewish School and other Kosher facilities such as the Kosher Food Centre and Besh Fresh cafe. A Jewish synagogue was opened on Plantation Street in 1973 and remains a significant spiritual focus for Perth's Jewish community.
The suburb contains some commercial ribbon development along Walcott Street, which allows local residents to access retail services. Other facilities include a large number of public open space reserves and several pocket parks, Saint Paul's Primary School and several homes for senior citizens.
