Owner says SELL!! Price slashed!!

This beautifully appointed home is in the perfect location. Situated in one of the most established leafy streets in Eaton. Perfectly positioned between Eaton Fair and The River. During our glorious summer months each Sunday morning you will have the choice to literally throw the crab nets in at one end of the road or enjoy a cappuccino at the other.

This property is so close to everything Eaton has to offer and the new owner will be overwhelmed by this neighborhood.

Inside the home are 3 very spacious bedrooms all with robes, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. The house temperature is controlled by 3 split system air conditioners. The kitchen is well appointed with a handy shoppers access door off the huge garage area.

It has great separate tall boat or caravan parking (not through the garage) positioned well away from the alfresco area, as well as an over-sized garage with 4WD access and a roller door for access to the rear should you also need it. The garden has an array of established plants and astro turf for easy maintenance. The alfresco area is completed by a gabled patio.

Be quick on this one as this represents extreme value and location.

Eaton overview

Eaton is a suburban area located on the banks of the Collie River six kilometres from Bunbury. In 1949 the island in the Collie River opposite Eaton was named Eaton Island, because its original name, Alexander Island, was duplicated. Eaton was nominated by the Bunbury Road Board in honour of Mr Foster Eaton, the late fisheries and game inspector for this area. The name was given in recognition of work he had done in the area. When urban development was commenced in the area in 1951, it was at first referred to as the Collie River Estate, but was soon changed to Eaton due to its proximity to Eaton Island.
