SOLD - Unbeatable Value!

Wow! Not only is this one incredibly spacious home, featuring multiple living areas, high 'raked' ceilings and two main bedrooms, but it is also built on one of the most user friendly and versatile blocks of land you're likely to find in the hills, anywhere.

Number 114 Grove Road has been tightly held by the same family who originally built it, and although the time has finally come to offer it to the next family, it will not take you long to understand why this home has been loved and enjoyed and is only just now available for the first time ever.

The home has been meticulously cared for and is move in ready today. But if your plan is to renovate, the spacious floorplan offers some really exciting options to turn an already great home into an absolutely perfect one!
We particularly like the stunning high ceilings of the front lounge, and the fact that it has 2 master bedrooms, one of which is comparable in size to the lounge room of some homes, and filled with natural light courtesy of a North facing backyard and full length windows.

The huge 1,640 square metres of land is almost flat, which is rare for a hills property and with easy side access it offers you so many options. Space abounds for you to install a giant shed, or a granny flat, or a swimming pool or maybe even all of the above? You're only limited by your imagination here as this is one of the best parcels of land you're likely to find on the market in Lesmurdie today!

Then when you consider the location, this really becomes way too tempting. A quick jump onto google maps will show that you will be living right in the middle of all of the premium local schools. There is an IGA within walking distance and a bus stop only metres away that can take you to the heart of Kalamunda Town Centre in one direction, and to Perth city in the other direction!

This is a premium offering and in this market it's not likely to wait, make sure you don't miss out!

Summary of great features:
• 1,640 sqm of premium, pristine land
• Over 200 square metres of home
• Front, centre and rear living areas - no shortage of space here!
• Two main bedrooms and four in total
• Incredible location!

Lesmurdie overview

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
