Water is of excellent quality and quantity, supplied by four bores (three solar pumps and one electric), at approximately 18 to 25 metres deep. Additionally, there is a large permanent soak at the eastern end of the property, which is frequently visited by Carnaby cockatoos.
Perennial grasses and Serradella pastures have been established.
