SENSATIONAL VALUE

When was the last time you saw a price like this?

HOME OPEN CANCELLED - UNDER OFFER.

Terrific value with absolutely pristine 3 bed 1 bath home set on a 284sqm strata lot. It has the added bonus of no strata fees or management.

Private, secure and super close to the Challis train station makes this home very convenient and for cheap living.

There is a large carport behind secure gates, very low maintenance gardens as well as electric roller shutters to the 2 front bedrooms. It also offers r/c air conditioning, a new instant gas hot water system as well as a modern functional kitchen. The polished timber floor is an absolute delight!

This will make for a terrific investment with good rent returns as well as a great place to call home. Your mortgage could be well under what you would expect to pay for rent.
