What we love
Built on a 700sqm R40 zoned block, this charming Mediterranean-style 4 bed, 2 bath, 1 car property built in 1983 could be your forever family home. This home has much to offer with a space for all of your family’s needs. Palms and curved brick garden walls highlight the attractive white rendered façade of this home. A long driveway and side parking for a caravan or boat provide ample parking space.
Located in a quiet and sought-after pocket of Woodvale, this home is ideal for first-home buyers and families alike. A fresh and modern palette of whites and greys complement the light and airy open plan design that is highlighted by wood-look tiles and plush carpets. The many living spaces include the family/tv, study and open living/dining/kitchen. The hub of this home is made even more homely with an impressive wood heater for those cold winter months. The kitchen is well appointed with wall oven, warming drawer, 6 burner gas stove, dishwasher and stainless steel double kitchen sink. Stylish cabinetry and stone bench tops provide plenty of storage and preparation space. Extending outdoors, the living areas continue with the stunning and very spacious alfresco. Boasting a pitched roof, brick paving and built in rendered bbq space, this is an outstanding entertaining space for your friends and family. In addition, a further covered decking area and curved brick paved steps are unique spaces that add to the stunning visual architecture of this backyard retreat. The standout feature is the beautiful mature palms, providing that sought-after shade from the summer sun. High quality carpets, built-in robes and ceiling fans feature in the spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a split system air-conditioner and original ensuite. The main bathroom has been renovated in a neutral and modern style.
This gorgeous Woodvale home has heaps of potential and could easily become your little piece of paradise away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
