FAMILY FEEL

Some properties you arrive at and they just feel good. End of cul-de-sac with no through traffic and a playground right behind the back fence is a pretty good introduction! This neat 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has been in the family for many years and it's evident in its presentation. Sure it's a little dated in some parts, but the positive is, it shows how well the property has been cared for after all this time!
A spacious front living, dining, kitchen area greets you as soon as you step in the front door with the whole home having roller shutters for added security and privacy. Ducted evaporative air-conditioning well supported by the pot belly fire for the colder months. Outside has large patio running off the back of the home to entertain year round. A functional powered shed, enough yard for the whole family and as mentioned, kids will be happy, with the playground just over the back fence.

Offers so much for whatever you are after!

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
