The stars have aligned, and all of a sudden, just when you'd almost given up, the perfect home has arrived!
Number 11 Fig Lane is the ultimate combo of incredible features. The home has been designed to optimise the flow of indoor and outdoor living. A stunning open plan layout integrates amazingly well with an equally gorgeous, Solid Jarrah decked gable patio, overlooking one of the most gorgeous below ground pools in the suburb.
Built on an elevated corner block, the home has been positioned to take full advantage of this with side access available from both streets, including access to a really cool brick powered workshop or 3rd car garage. Parking here is abundant!
The property overlooks a lovely park, and only a short stroll down the road you can also take full advantage of what is arguably the best park in the City of Kalamunda in the super popular and brand new Hales Estate. And a little bit more on location, Fig Lane sits n the middle of a neighbourhood affectionately known by the locals as the Fruit Bowl. It's a much newer area than most of Forrestfield and has been one of the most popular pockets ever since it was developed in the early 2000's. Close to schools, transport, and about as close as you can be to the new High Wycombe Station which is expected to be completed next year!
This is a premium listing at a competitive price, and if it's ticking the boxes (as I expect it will) then I cannot stress enough how important it is that you see it as soon as possible before someone else jumps in first. The market is moving, and the time to act is now!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
