DREAM LOCATION
Wake up to birdsong and a panoramic view of the park opposite this fabulous home. Fortunately sited along a green and friendly cul-de-sac, with desired amenities just a walk away such as Piney Lakes; the train station, Murdoch Uni, schools, shops and hospitals.
THE HOUSE
All the hard work's been done! Tasteful renovations have resulted in a bright and modern abode, appealing to the eye and a joy to inhabit. High ceilings are a feature as well as a pleasantly neutral colour scheme.
On offer are four spacious bedrooms (all with robes) and two bathrooms, plus a private retreat adjoining the master, with a serene outlook to that beautiful park.
There is a choice of sitting and dining rooms and a movie/entertainment room.
The kitchen is as good to look at as it is to work in. Caesarstone benchtops, a host of drawers and cupboards, dishwasher and a freestanding stove are superbly pulled together in designer fashion. A large butler's pantry makes a welcome surprise.
THE GARDENS
The immaculate natural front garden requires very little maintenance, while the resort style backyard features a solar-heated rock pool and waterfall.
Outdoor entertaining is a breeze under the generous 9x3 patio.

Murdoch is a mixed-use suburb with residential and institutional sectors. Bound by South Street in the north and west and the Kwinana Freeway in the east, Murdoch's most significant development occurred during the 1970s and 1980s. The population continued to increase in the early 1990s as an influx of medium-density housing was added to the area.
Murdoch is most notably associated with its various health and education institutions. Murdoch University and Challenger Institute of Technology are two major educational facilities that services students from all over the Perth-metro area, while two major hospitals - privately owned St John of God Murdoch Hospital and government-operated Fiona Stanley Hospital - service much of Western Australia's medical requirements. Parks and reserves also feature in the suburb, as does the Murdoch University Sports Ground and the Murdoch Train Station.
