The design is open living with spacious and versatile living areas. Attention has been given to detail, with impeccable finishing, an appealing colour palette, and clean lines. A viewing is a must.

A stunning distressed brick feature wall invites you into the home. As you enter the ground floor, a sunken lounge / games room featuring a natural gas log fireplace inspires a vision of curling up on a sofa to enjoy a favourite series. A large timber waterfall island bench is a centerpiece of the kitchen, set off with stainless steel finishing and accessible cupboard space. Three of the bedrooms are located just off the dining space, each with built in robes. The elegant main bathroom, laundry and separate toilet complete the ground floor.

Upstairs is a simply captivating space. Imagine a luxurious parent retreat, with ample living space providing the canvas to create multiple zones of relaxation. The beautiful master bedroom flows into an oversized walk-in-robe and the stunning ensuite featuring a corner spa. The master bedroom and living space both open onto a balcony outdoor living space, which overlooks the swimming pool and has sweeping views to the Darling Scarp. A sizable fifth bedroom could be used as a private study.

You will be amazed by the outdoor areas of this property. The massive sparkling swimming pool is surrounded by limestone features and low-maintenance artificial grass. The deck overlooking the pool is an ideal location for an outdoor lounge and a perfect place to relax with a book on summery days or to entertain friends and family and make lasting memories. The deck flows through into a spacious side patio located just off the kitchen / dining zone. At the rear of the property, a sizable, powered brick workshop and shed are positioned to the side of a large lawned yard, ideal for a game of cricket or football.

The property has fabulous street appeal. A stylish electric gate gives privacy, and the long driveway provides space for plenty of parking in addition to the undercover carport.

Eaton overview

Eaton is a suburban area located on the banks of the Collie River six kilometres from Bunbury. In 1949 the island in the Collie River opposite Eaton was named Eaton Island, because its original name, Alexander Island, was duplicated. Eaton was nominated by the Bunbury Road Board in honour of Mr Foster Eaton, the late fisheries and game inspector for this area. The name was given in recognition of work he had done in the area. When urban development was commenced in the area in 1951, it was at first referred to as the Collie River Estate, but was soon changed to Eaton due to its proximity to Eaton Island.
