As you enter through the open and inviting entryway, you are immediately struck by the meticulous attention to detail at every turn. Breathtaking polished spotted gum hardwood flooring flows seamlessly throughout the main living areas, while Jarrah wood balustrades elegantly delineate the formal dining area from the classic sunken formal lounge, where vintage chandelier lighting casts a warm, inviting glow.
The kitchen galley is nothing short of a culinary dream, boasting polished stone countertops, pristine white cabinetry, and the finest selection of stainless-steel appliances. But it's the thoughtful details that truly set this kitchen apart: soft-touch cupboards and drawers, abnormally large countertop space, an abundance of additional cabinetry on the breakfast bar side counter, a unique filtered water tap fed from the delicious rainwater tank connection in the double washbasin, and innovative double-action drawers that maximize storage capacity.
The heart of this home seamlessly transitions into the open plan dining and family living room. This central hub is brought to life by a top-of-the-range Jarrahdale wood fireplace, while expansive windows and a skylight invite natural light to flood the space, creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere throughout the seasons.
Sleeping quarters are defined by luxury and functionality, featuring four generously-sized bedrooms equipped with built-in or walk-in robes. The master suite is a private sanctuary, complete with an ensuite, vintage chandelier lighting, and an awe-inspiring tray-style cathedral ceiling that adds to the grand sense of scale.
This home caters beautifully to families needing additional space, with a versatile activity games room. Integrating classic elegance with modern innovation, the home boasts ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, updated electrics, premium LED down lighting, eco-friendly solar panels, and a peace-of-mind security system with monitoring cameras and sensors alarm system to safeguard your sanctuary.
