All offer presented ON or BEFORE Tuesday February 23rd at 6:00pm

Coming from a guy with 4 kids who knows how important space and design is, I can say this home is beyond impressive.

It all starts as soon as you walk up the driveway and realize that with the front security gate closed the driveway can be transformed into a race track for bikes, roller skating rink, scooter zone, soccer arena, basketball court... the list goes on and on. Parents can chill with a hot or cold drink and a good book under cover in the sizable front entry porticp while they watch the kids have a ball!

Entrance into the home brings a welcome warmth with engineered hardwood floors and high ceilings. The wide hallway invites you to keep exploring as you pass the sizable open study on the right, theater room on the left and the enormous open plan living/dining/kitchen area straight ahead.

As we toured through the property, our excitement to present this lovely family home to the market grew... big bedrooms, additional rompus area for the kids, alfresco surrounded by ornamental peach and pear trees,.... we could ramble on about this property forever but you really do need to come and see it.

With the market moving fast, a highly motivated seller and a home with so many great features, we don't expect this one to last long so please reach out to discuss the next steps of securing this amazing property!

Maylands overview

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.

The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.

Life in Maylands

Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
