INSIDE
The main living space is sensational, with the modern kitchen at the heart of everyday life. It's a great feature within the home and boasts a fantastic amount of workspace. The awesome SMEG oven and stove is a piece of art as well as a high-quality appliance. The large open-plan living and meals area is all within the part of the home, and it really works together so very well. The living space features a beautiful gas log fireplace, which takes pride of place in the stone mantel. The original timber floorboards are a real highlight featured throughout much of the home.
The Master Bedroom is an exceptional space. It's a huge room on its own, but beyond that is storage like no other! We've got a lovely ensuite bathroom and more space than you'll have stuff to put. Until you have the space and start accumulating the stuff just to make proper use of the space... At the rear of the home is a large family room that sits adjacent to two of the secondary bedrooms. There's also a great study that allows plenty of work from home area.
Bedroom four is accessed separately, and you can make your way into this via the patio near the kitchen. It's a superb space for the older teenager, the guests or whoever else needs their own space. It's a good-sized room with an ensuite bathroom.
We're comfy year-round with several air conditioners throughout the home, plus we've got solar panels on the roof taking a hammer to those power bills.
There are many elements to the living areas of the home, and as descriptive as we can write, we'll never capture just how much is going on in here. Explore the floor plan; better yet, come and see it for yourself!
OUTSIDE
We've got some awesome space going on here! Room for all kinds of things. Entertaining is the big one, and this place has been the scene of some great parties. But while you can have a huge shindig, sometimes you just want a quiet couple of hours to chill out on your own, and it's great for that, too. The lawns, the trees, and the birds hanging about all make for a very restful environment. The 1507sqm block is fully fenced and gated, so it's really like your own sanctuary here. You can come in, hit the button and close the gate, and that's you in your very own bit of the planet. Fully set up for a very relaxed lifestyle.
The workshop is great and can be parking for your everyday cars or just use it for shed things. It's got plenty of room for one or the other or a bit of both, being a spacious 5.9x7.8 metres. There are two carports, and there's so much room for parking and kids to ride about on the huge asphalt driveway.
WHERE IT IS
Set in the Clifton Hills part of Kelmscott this is a sensational location. You've got huge space at your own place, but the kids can still head to the park a few doors up where we find 13 acres of playing fields, a playground, basketball courts and more. It's within easy walking distance of Clifton Hills Primary School as well as being on the doorstep of walks along the Canning River and Banyowla Regional Park. I'm sure you've got the Google Maps and can see it for yourself, but we're close to cafes, shops, gyms and more. It's a prime position!
