Locations don't come much more serene than this, with 10 Riley Court sitting perfectly at the end of a cul-de-sac street and backing onto parkland with the river running through. This setting is maximised with the outdoor entertaining space making the most of the outlook, centred around a below ground pool and coupled with a large undercover patio area with sealed concrete underfoot… perfect for the year-round entertainer.
Every inch of the 732m2 block has its purpose as well, with the original double garage accompanied by a third garage that runs through to the backyard patio, and also another separate, high roofed carport designed for those taller 'toys', like a caravan or boat.
You're not missing out on the modern, sought after features in the house either, with things such as a 6.2kW Solar System, Home Filtration System and Security Cameras already installed. There's nothing left for you to do but move in here, so be quick to check it out.

The town of Australind is located on the shores of Leschenault Eastuary, 165 kilometres south of Perth and 12 kilometres northeast of Bunbury. In 1840 a company named the Western Australian Company was formed in England with the objective of purchasing lands in Western Australia and applying certain principles of colonisation and emigration as laid down by one of the Directors, Edward Gibbon Wakefield. The Company purchased 103,000 acres on Leschenault Inlet, and named the settlement proposed there "Australind", a combination of Australia and India.
Residents of Australind can enjoy all the attributes of living close to the coast, while being part of a connected community. Bunbury is only a short drive away however within the suburbs there is the Australind Village Shopping Centre, a 24/7 Spud Shed Store and the 18-hole Bunbury Golf Club. There are two high schools and six primary schools in the area.
