This one Broke the Mold - Extra Space, Extra Living, Extra Finesse
Don't judge a home by the amount of bedrooms!!!!
Although three bedrooms one bathroom this is not your typical cookie cutter three bedroom home. If you want the extra space, extra living area and extra contemporary creature comforts all on a budget then you've come to the right place.
Unlike the traditional 60' and 70's three bedroom hills homes this one offers many unique features:
1. Extra Large Block Size 1455m2 - nearly 50% bigger than a quarter acre that could accommodate a potential workshop or granny flat
2. Extra Larger Floor Plan - more like a four bedroom floor plan it offers a spacious layout with two large and distinct living zones
3. Extra Creature Comforts - a sleek new kitchen and contemporary fixtures and fittings make living easier without the need for deep renovating pockets
4. Quaint and Convenient Location - situated in a cute street within easy walking distance to Kalamunda shopping hub and bus stops
5. Quality construction and design - well built double brick construction with striking design features including high pitched ceilings and sunken lounge
This is an exciting entry point for any family wanting to get there foot in the door to hills real estate or the perfect opportunity for empty nesters wanting to downsize from the Big family without downsizing in space or compromising on creature comforts.
