A Bit About Ravenswood WA
Ravenswood is a small town in the Peel region of Western Australia. The town is located along Pinjarra Road, perfectly situated with the beautiful Murray River and all it has to offer cradling the area. Ravo, as it is affectionately known by the locals, actually began as a wheat farm back in 1838!

The township was and still is home to an abundance of local fauna and flora and being in close proximity to Mandurah, the area quickly became a top choice of residential location for those in the property market.

Location is the key to convenience and this location is just a couple of minutes to transport and the Kwinana freeway. A short drive will see you in Pinjarra and 15 minutes in the other direction takes you into the Mandurah Town Centre.

Close proximity to many attractions include a range of shopping centres, restaurants and all of the lures of nearby Mandurah. You’ll essentially get to enjoy all that the fast paced, suburban world has to offer while still basking in the simple country setting.

This block has a lot to offer as you are getting the best of both worlds! Price, location and convenience packaged all in to one.

A Picturesque Place on the Murray River

Nestled amongst a quaint and established location next to the Murray River, this 351m2 block has R30 zoning which offers generous setbacks to achieve your perfect low care dream home!

There is so much fun to be had with the family and kids on the Murray River! Fill your days full with crabbing, boating and swimming. Imagine yourself walking to the historic Ravenswood Hotel, ordering your favorite bevy and sitting back to overlook the beautiful Murray River!

Watch the boats and wildlife pass you by whilst enjoying a great pub meal or some of the local music scene. The ‘Ravo’ Pub is also very well known for bringing the larger music acts to town and hosting other events, but if that sounds too ‘busy’ for you… you could just sit back, relax and unwind after a hard day’s work and enjoy the surrounds and company!
Your Dream Home Awaits You Here!

You now have the opportunity to build yourself a dream home in one of the most charming areas in the state. Because Ravenswood is so close to the bustling towns of Mandurah and Pinjarra, you’ll be exposed to exciting lifestyle and work opportunities and you’ll get the best of country-style living while enjoying city-style conveniences.

This lovely cottage block offers a tranquil and picturesque place for you to call home and at a great price!
