Situated on 650sqm of R40 zoned land across from a lovely reserve, this beautifully presented and immaculately maintained home is what dreams are made of.
Originally built in 1940, this elegant character residence has been updated and extended to suit modern day living. Featuring two bedrooms in the original part of the home and a newly built extension, the floorplan allows for so much flexibility to suit whichever stage in life you're at.
Set amongst pristine gardens, it really feels like you could be in the countryside - not 6km from the CBD, walking distance to cafes, small bars and Meltham Train Station.
Arriving at the property you'll be greeted by a quintessential picket fence and pretty gardens. Walking along the footpath and opening the front door, you will immediately notice the elegance of the home, with a gorgeous dining area at the front of the home with outlook over the gardens and to the park across the road.
The kitchen is highly appointed with every upgrade you could think of including built-in pull-out drawers within the cupboards and a substantial high-end Falcon 900mm oven cooker.
The lounge area off of the two bedrooms and next to the kitchen is cosy and inviting, with beautifully polished timber floors, fireplace, and leadlight windows. The perfect winter lounge room to snuggle up in!
The main bedroom has a beautifully renovated semi-ensuite in a heritage style and built-in-robes and the second bedroom has plenty of room. Heading towards the rear of the home, you have a seperate toilet, secondary bathroom with combined laundry and the fantastic modern extension which operates as an indoor/outdoor room.
Heading into the backyard, you'll feel at ease - no need to escape down-south when City life has become too much, you'll have your own country retreat right here. A lovely verandah and patio area wraps around the rear of the home and overlooks a well manicured grassed courtyard space. Heading further into the yard, you'll notice how much space is out there. A gorgeous mature tree overhangs a paved area, perfect for entertaining on those pleasant Perth days... think celebrating Christmas with your family and loved ones under the tree, the whole family won't ever want to leave. There is also a large grassed area for kids and pets to play, an enclosed and lockable shed for storing all your bits and pieces and a water tank!
10 Belgrave Street offers so much... homes of this quality, size and location hardly ever come onto the market. With most blocks being subdivided in the inner-suburbs, 650sqm of land area in this fabulous location may never be seen again.
One lucky buyer will get to take keys to this stunning residence, will it be you?

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
