Wow, what an opportunity here! This solid 3 bed home is neat and clean and boasts large 804sqm block. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out.

A very livable floor plan including a super modern kitchen with loads of cupboards, dishwasher and breakfast bar too. Boasting a separate entry, large separate lounge, formal dining, informal dining and the bedrooms can easily fit double beds and 2 have built in robes. Security screens, and very secure garden with front gates.

Free standing carport/garage plus storeroom. Outback there is a small workshop, rainwater tank and separate area for the veggies. All this in quiet street yet walk to the train and main shopping district.

The gardens are a blank canvas but has some beautiful established trees and shrubs. My favourite is the Jacaranda ( it is in flower right now )

The zoning is R15/60 but some restrictions apply, so call the council to explore the options for development.

Just look at the price, a great package.
