MY SHED IS BIGGER THAN YOURS!

The idea of having a significant shed in a semi-modern residential estate isn't one that really springs to mind often. There is always a trade off, lesser house for more land or a smaller block with a nicer house but no room for a shed. Well it is hard to believe that it can exist, well you have just found it! 105m2 of pure man cave with electric gate access being a corner block, electric roller door access, all powered, alarmed and even insulated! Height clearance of 4.5m2!

To add to jaw dropping appeal the house is a decent 4x2 that presents very well. I could go on about the quality kitchen, new bathrooms, freshly painted, or that there are roller shutters on the windows, a fire place, but the list would never end! Sure, there isn't much yard left but who wants to maintain lawns and gardens anyway when you can have all of this?

Ravenswood overview

The townsite of Ravenswood is located in the south west region, 83 km south of Perth and 8 km south east of Mandurah.
