Two for the price of one!!
Great opportunity to secure two properties on one title!!
Both properties are leased with the front property achieving $330 p/w and the rear property achieving $300 p/w. This provides a total of $630 p/w and excellent returns in the vicinity of 11%.
The front home has large open plan living spaces, galley style kitchen, large laundry and spacious bathroom. All of the bedrooms are spacious with two of the bedrooms having walk in robes.
Outside is just as spacious with a large alfresco area, large yard, garden shed and single carport.
The rear house while smaller is just as practical with a good size living area, practical large kitchen with a breakfast bar area for dining, large bathroom, separate laundry and built in robes in each of the bedrooms.
Outside provides an alfresco area of the living, fenced yard, garden shed and single carport.
Both homes have split system air conditioning and security screens.
These types of properties are rare and having two homes on one title provides plenty of options for future leasing potential, either way you can’t lose at this price!

Newman is a mining company townsite in the Pilbara region, 1184 kilometres northeast of Perth. The townsite was gazetted in 1972 after the Mount Newman Mining company developed a large iron ore mine at Mount Whaleback. The townsite is named after the nearby Mount Newman, a 1055 meter high mountain in the Ophthalmia Range.
Mount Newman was named by the surveyor W F Rudall in 1896, "in honour of our late leader". Newman was Aubrey Woodward Newman, the original leader of the survey party carrying out surveys in the neighbourhood of the Ophthalmia Range in 1896. He contracted typhoid fever at Peak Hill and, too ill to continue, was later returned to Cue where he died on May 24th, 1896.
