This stunning 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Dale Alcock-built double-brick-and-Colorbond home enjoys the best of both worlds with its spectacular cul-de-sac position on a massive 1,931sqm (approx.) corner block and presents “as new” both inside and out, boasting top-quality trimmings at every angle.
Complementing a unique Perth hills location is the fact that this residence is all-electric and new-age eco-friendly, ensuring sustainable modern living for all involved. Entry off a striking front bull-nose verandah reveals the home office / study, as well as an activity room or “kid’s corner” right next to three minor bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a stylish main bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub, a separate toilet and a separate powder area with twin vanity basins to reduce traffic at family peak-hour.
The spacious and sumptuous master suite at the back of the house will capture your imagination with its huge walk-in wardrobe and its deluxe ensuite bathroom – bubbling spa bath, large separate shower, twin “his and hers” vanities, separate toilet and all. Double French doors open into a separate home theatre room with high ceilings, adding another personal living option away from the central hub of a massive open-plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The fully-fitted-out kitchen alone oozes class in the form of sparkling Essa Stone bench tops, a ceramic hob with a large extractor up above (and a stainless-steel splashback), a Blanco chefs' oven underneath, a generous fridge/freezer nook and an over-sized island area which houses the double stainless-steel sink an integral water filter, a high-end Bosch dishwasher and a microwave nook for good measure. It also overlooks seamless outdoor access to a spacious alfresco-entertaining area, nestled under the main roof of the home and neighbouring a shimmering below-ground salt-water swimming pool in the process – the countdown to summer begins now.
There is an engineered driveway down to the property which has access to both the side and to the rear. Completing this exceptional package is an enormous backyard lawn area that is planted for privacy.

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
The suburb has two shopping centres in the area including Lesmurdie Village on Sanderson Road and the Lesmurdie Road Shopping Centre on the corner of Rooth Rd and Lesmurdie Rd. There are three primary schools including Lesmurdie Primary School, Falls Road Primary School and St Brigid's, and also three high schools including Lesmurdie Senior High School, Mazenod College for boys and St Brigid's College for girls.
