Glorious ocean views are just the start of what this elegant and spacious Weststyle 3/4 bedroom 3 bathroom family home has to offer. Perched on top of the hill and surrounded by executive homes, it is only footsteps away from the deep blue sea, as well as the majestic “Class A” Star Swamp Bushland Reserve and its picturesque walking trails.

Downstairs, the focal point is the custom built American Oak and granite kitchen and adjoining family and meals area. You will also find a welcoming formal lounge and separate dining room. There is also a full bathroom, a study that can be utilised as a 4th bedroom, and a light, bright and functional laundry with outdoor access and ample built-in storage.

The outdoor areas are fantastic and have both “relaxation” and “entertaining” written all over them, from the welcoming front verandah overlooking the yard to the privacy of a magnificent wraparound patio area with a fan and gas bayonet point.

Upstairs lies a sumptuous master suite and retreat complete with access to the balcony and the glorious ocean views. There is ample built-in wardrobe space and a fully-tiled ensuite bathroom with a huge shower, a bubbling spa bath and marble topped “his and hers” vanities. Also upstairs are two further generous bedrooms, a third bathroom and a separate living/activity room with its own balcony access.

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
