Space & Serenity!

Proudly Presented by Edward Lim

Boasting a magnificent tree lined street on the Inglewood border. Plus, only walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and other local amenities along Beaufort Street. With easy public transport access to the City, everything is just at your fingertips. Welcome to 1/66 Stuart Street!

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom corner apartment is positioned on the ground floor in a well-maintained low density building with direct access to a large private courtyard. This is arguably one of the best apartments in the complex!

Neat and tidy throughout, the sun-drenched living is spacious while offering a relaxed and cosy feel. Finished with gleaming jarrah wooden flooring with quality plantation shutters on the windows and a ceiling fan.

The open kitchen really is the heart of the home. Near new with an easy well-designed space while overlooking the dining area. Finished with timber benchtop and space for a breakfast-bar. With plenty of cupboard space and modern appliances (including oven, cook top & range hood) you will be cooking up a storm for friends and family in no time!

With two generous and well proportioned bedrooms (master bedroom comes with a large built-in robe and a ceiling fan) all flooded with natural light, the home offers plenty of accommodation. A common bathroom (with a bathtub) and built-in shower area are also available serving the bedrooms as well as guests.

The laundry area at the rear is near new with heaps of cupboard space, matching timber benchtop and a separate toilet.

Equipped with reverse cycle split system and with NBN connected, living here will certainly give you the super-fast internet connection. Plus, as an added bonus, there is not 1 but 2 car bays allocated for this property (both undercover and open space parking). How good is that?!

Maylands overview

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.

The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.

Life in Maylands

Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
