This beautifully designed, ground-floor haven was completed in 2017. With remarkably low strata fees and soaring 3+ meter Ceilings, this contemporary one-bedroom residence is perfect for first-time buyers, investors or downsizers.
Enter through the secure remote-controlled gate and park in your dedicated car bay. As you approach the front door, you'll pause in the welcoming entry foyer. A turn to the right leads you down a gentle step into the sunken open-plan dining and living area, where the impressive volume of space is accentuated by the extra-tall ceilings and is flooded by beautiful natural light.
In the sunken open plan kitchen and living room, the first thing you notice is the height above you - those 3+ meter ceilings make the space feel large and inviting. Anchoring this social hub is the crisp white modern kitchen which boasts an electric cooktop, an oven, a stainless-steel sink, and ample cupboard/benchtop space perfect for cooking. At the opposite end, the open-plan living area remains comfortable year-round thanks to the hybrid flooring and a split-system air conditioner. The glass sliding doors span nearly the entire width of the room, bathing the space in natural light and directing your gaze toward the courtyard greenery.
These sliding doors seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoors, setting the stage for effortless entertaining. Step outside to discover a courtyard filled with potential. The first tier features a covered terrace ideal for twilight dinners while a short sunken drop reveals a garden nook perfect for herbs, vegetables, or a splash of colour. The courtyard even has its own gate to the street providing an additional entry or exit for bikes, pets, or visiting friends.
Retrace your steps past the dining area and ascend the mini staircase to a surprisingly generous bedroom retreat. Here you'll find soft carpeting, another split-system for personalised comfort, a walk-in robe with excellent storage, and a private ensuite featuring an enclosed shower and a sleek built-in vanity- your personal sanctuary to start and end each day. As a bonus in the concealed hallway you'll discover the internal European laundry neatly tucked behind double doors, keeping chores out of sight yet always within reach.

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
