What we love
The North facing street front positioning with a separate driveway and no common walls. This impressively-renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom villa has two separate courtyards and is nestled in a prime and tranquil location between North Beach Shopping Centre and the vibrant Flora Terrace retail, café and restaurant strip. Complementing fresh coastal vibes and an easy-care “lock-up-and-leave” lifestyle is knowing that the likes of Tom’s Italian restaurant, a bakery, café, North Beach Pharmacy, a gym, butcher and supermarket are only footsteps away and so effortlessly accessible, with just metres separating your front doorstep from the popular Tom’s Surf Break at beautiful North Beach.
There is an ocean view from your main front courtyard that lies only 100 metres away from crystal-clear Indian Ocean waters and plays host to an entertaining patio come front main entrance complete with a sandstone breakfast bar and loads of space for barbecues and beers, an outdoor shower for washing off salt and sand, café/shade blinds for privacy and a wind out awning for some extra protection from the elements. At the rear, a second courtyard is where you will find an under-cover clothesline and gated access to your very own single carport – inches away from a shared visitor-parking bay. Internally, both the bathroom and kitchen has been cleverly revamped, leaving absolutely nothing for you to do, other than to simply bring your boards and belongings and move on in.

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.
Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
