PRIVACY, TRANQUILITY & WONDERFUL VIEWS

Spacious 4 bed 2 bath hardie plank home situated on a 92 acre rectangular farm block, guaranteeing you privacy, peace & quiet. There is no waste space here. The floor plan is simple and very liveable with power points just where you need them...... awesome.

The home is well appointed with a triple size master bedroom with spectacular views of the Stirling Ranges from the large windows located to capture the outlook. Large walk in robe and ensuite complete with spa bath, large shower and bench topped vanity provide the comfort to relax after a hard day's work.

By 10pm at night the cooling sea breeze is in to cool the home down.

The kitchen has oodles of working space and all the quality appliances you would want - kitchen duties will be so easy & your ability to enjoy the view as you work will calm even the most stressed cook.
The large lounge with double timber doors opens off the central family room area that is dominated by the full pool table that will keep the 'boys' happy. It is a good size to furnish and yet has a warm family ambiance and a large reverse cycle Panasonic air con.

The family area has a lovely warm wood fire and is lit by ceiling LED lights.

The 3 secondary bedrooms are all a queen size with double door robes & more in the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bathroom is a good family size with large shower and bath.

The 4th bedroom is next to the most commonly used entry and could double as a study - it too is a good size and has an additional room off it for storage.

The laundry has built in cupboards providing extra storage for the linen.

The water for the house is rainwater that fills 1 large water tank.

The 92 acres has 2 dams one of which is spring fed and services the water troughs for the cattle.

The fences are in good condition and are ringlock with electric wires in some places around the 4 paddocks..

The stock yards are robust and include a crush. These will be remaining on site.

The property turns off 80 large round bales of hay grown on 20 acres on average per year.

This property would ideally suit a family wanting to get away from the town, run some cattle, perhaps some horses and enjoy the lifestyle of this beautiful location.

This size of property would also suit a farmer ready to downsize but not ready to go into suburbia and still wanted to keep active.

Tenterden is 8 minutes away, Kendenup about 25 minutes drive and from there to Mt. Barker.
West Cape Howe wines within easy distance as well as Gilberts vineyards.

Tenterden overview

The townsite of Tenterden is located in the great southern agricultural region, 328 kilometres southeast of Perth and 11 kilometres south of Cranbrook. It is located on the Great Southern Railway, and although not one of the original sidings when the line was opened in 1889, a siding had been established here by 1891. Also in 1891 the government opened up agricultural land adjacent to the siding, by declaring the Tenterden Agricultural Area, and in 1893 part of this land was gazetted as the townsite of Tenterden. Both Tenterden and nearby Cranbrook are named after towns of the same name in Kent, England. They are believed to have been named by Mr J A Wright, who was manager of the Western Australian Land Company which built the railway. Mr Wright was educated at Queen Elizabeth School in Cranbrook.
