About Katie & Troy Houlahan

We both completed a Commerce Degree at Curtin University with Troy majoring in Finance and Marketing and Katie majoring in Entrepreneurship.⁣

After this, Troy created our partnering company Driven Finance Group and still has a major part in running this company. Katie went onto a career in corporate recruitment, then a Sales Rep Support role at REIWA before opening and running two Xtend Barre studios in Wembley and Osborne Park! ⁣

Our personalities have always drawn us to sales roles. We enjoy being around people, meeting new ones and helping others with whatever we can. This is why we love working in Real Estate!
