Ray Arumugam brings more than 20 years of experience across the finance and mortgage industry to his role with Team Rash at The Agency. His career includes senior leadership positions and more than 17 years as Managing Director of Financial Pro Pty Ltd. A long-term Wattle Grove resident and well-respected member of the local community, Ray brings something different to real estate: the combination of years of local knowledge with an extensive understanding of finance, lending and property.
Having spent decades helping people navigate major financial decisions, Ray understands the importance of clear communication, trust and putting his client’s interests first. His background gives him a valuable perspective when working with sellers, buyers and investors. He understands both the property transaction and the financial considerations sitting behind it. He also has two years of experience in commercial real estate and lending, further strengthening his financial knowledge and giving him a valuable advantage when navigating commercial property transactions.
