With a passion for real estate and the Margaret River region, licensed real estate adviser and auctioneer Raelene Stocker takes great pride in sharing her extensive expertise and experience to help guide clients through the property buying and selling process.
After some years working in real estate in Margaret River, Raelene and husband Ray moved to Perth and then Albany to work, then returned home to the region and joined JMW Real Estate Margaret River in 2015.
Raelene now delivers premium services to residential clients in Cowaramup, Margaret River and Witchcliffe, and handles auctions and unit developments.
Areas of Expertise
After qualifying as a real estate adviser in Margaret River in 2008, Raelene soon attracted a strong client following, not only due to her professional approach, but also her excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills. These were developed during her previous 20 years as a primary school and physical education teacher in Perth and regional Western Australia.
Raelene has specialised in property auctioneering and appraisals, residential, semi-rural and rural land and established properties, off the plan home units and special rural subdivisions. She is also currently completing her Diploma of Property.
Her vast client base has ranged from first home buyers to retirees, investors and tourist accommodation owners.
Community Involvement
JMW Real Estate Margaret River prides itself on being a socially responsible corporate entity, providing sponsorship and helping community groups achieve their goals.
This year the company has partnered with Margaret River Primary School (MRPS) to provide a $100 book prize to a deserving student, who demonstrates proficiency and enthusiasm in learning Indonesian.
The partnership has been founded on friendship and loyalty between Raelene and the school’s Indonesian language teacher Janice Dunlop.
Raelene is thrilled to be living back in Margaret River and supporting local causes, catching up with family and friends and embracing the many activities the region has to offer. She has competed in half marathons, plays tennis and loves the outdoors, wineries and food.
