Paul holds a bachelor of laws and worked as lawyer in areas of property and insurance law before joining the family business. Paul prides himself on generating business purely through personal relationships as well as repeat and referred business.
Paul has had significant experience with all legislation impacting the property industry since 1996, serving private and institutional clients in areas of sales, leasing, consulting, project management and development.

Paul is also a trainer at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia for the real estate industry’s compulsory continuing professional development programme. His training at REIWA covers a large body of legislation and recent case law impacting the real estate industry. Paul has also written and contributed to course materials. In 2024 he wrote the 7-point CPD course on Commercial Leasing for REIWA.
Paul is also a guest speaker and most recently spoke at the Professionals National Real Estate Conference in Perth in October 2025 on the topic of Commercial Sales and Leasing.
