About Patricia Tay

Patricia’s earliest experience to real estate career was in Singapore for a reputable agency. Having commenced in 1996 she very quickly established recognition as a high achiever both amongst her peers and clients alike. Upon migrating to Australia in 2003 it was only natural that Patricia would remain to shine in her preferred profession.

It is noteworthy that Patricia has had exposure to numerous aspects of the industry working as a sales person, team member, sales and marketing co-ordinator, administration and for more than a decade as a committed and dedicated property manager, which she vow “this is where my real passion is”.

Displaying a desirable work ethic and meticulous to detail, Patricia has gained the confidence and admiration of many investors over the years by systematically and efficiently looking after their investment properties. She has equally utilised her negotiation skills where resolutions between landlord and tenant were vital.
