Oscar has been in the Real Estate industry in Western Australia for 28 years. He is also a Licensed Valuer, has built and sold a Property Management office in Geraldton, and now runs his own Sales based Agency known as Oscar D'Souza Real Estate.
Oscar's clients benefit from him being a Licensed Valuer, because it helps them understand the true value of their property, but also - through a strategic marketing plan for each individual property, Oscar helps his clients MAXIMISE their sale outcome.
