About Michaela Wells
Mikki has worked exclusively as a buyer’s agent since entering the real estate industry in 2020. Since joining Property Wizards in 2021, she has helped more than 150 clients secure their ideal home, investment or commercial property — using careful strategy, detailed research and thorough due diligence.
With a background in psychology and business, Mikki brings insight, clarity and structure to every buying brief. She is passionate about improving industry standards and is an active member of the REIWA Buyer’s Agent Network Committee, where she contributes to initiatives focused on professionalism, licensing, and strengthening the role of buyer’s agents in Western Australia.
She is also a subject matter expert supporting the development of REIWA’s CPD training and specialist accreditation for buyer’s agents — helping to establish formal standards that promote trust, accountability and better outcomes for buyers.
