Her corporate background set her up perfectly, with 12 years experience at Senior Management level of Recruitment Consultancies, recruiting construction and mining professionals. Kim's experience with builders and developers is priceless, enabling her to connect home owners with key individuals to best help their needs.
She started her own business, Bam & Co Real Estate in 2016, specialising in sales and rentals in Scarborough and Surrounding suburbs. She had her first baby Henry in June 2017 and after a couple of extremely busy and very successful years of operation, she made the decision to merge Bam & Co with Xceed Real Estate, freeing up time to focus on family, while still being able to do what she does best (& truly loves), which is listing and selling property.
