John’s expertise is built on over 20 years in the WA construction industry. He began his career on the ground as a bricklayer before spending 15 years within the commercial branch of Australia’s leading hardware chain. This hands-on background gives him an unparalleled understanding of building quality and structural integrity.
A seasoned property investor and owner-builder himself, John spent two decades navigating the Perth market before identifying a critical gap: while sellers were always professionally represented, buyers were often left in the dark. He founded Drift Buyers Agency (now trading as Drift Real Estate) in 2022 to level the playing field, helping buyers craft winning offers and navigate the complexities of the purchasing process.
