Jennifer has worked in real estate in the southern suburbs of Perth for the last 13 years, as an agent, an auctioneer with the primary goal of exceeding her clients expectations.
For most people, they would think this means just getting a great price, but there's so much more to exceeding expectations. Jennifer has trained extensively in marketing, negotiation and communication independent of the real estate industry and believes in offering value through skills and service. As such she spends time training every day to be the best negotiator, marketer and communicator possible which results in a great price and experience for her clients.
Jennifer saw the value in enhancing her real estate skills by becoming a licensed auctioneer and she competed in state and national championships, being the first woman to win both State, National and International titles. This gives her a sound understanding of all the different selling techniques, and when and how to use them effectively.
She currently serves on the REIWA Auctioneer’s Board.
Knowing that the home is the biggest asset most of us will ever own, she was and still is upset by some of the poor, haphazard campaigns that many home owners receive when selling their home. This is a crucial time for most home owners and the result that they get will dictate what they can do in the next phase of their life.
