    Jennifer has worked in real estate in the southern suburbs of Perth for the last ten years, as an agent, an auctioneer and a business advisor.
    She also has a distinguished academic career with a Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing. She is a member of the Vice Chancellor’s list at Curtin University and has won numerous marketing and best student awards including Dux.
    Jennifer has been involved in the art of Sales Persuasion and Emotional Direct Response Marketing for the last three decades. Working in both Business to Consumer and Business to Business sales environments within a number of industries, she has been recognised as a leader in sales performance and customer service excellence.
    Jennifer saw the value in enhancing her real estate skills by becoming a licensed auctioneer and she competed in state and national championships, being the first woman to win both State, National and International titles. This gives her a sound understanding of all the different selling techniques, and when and how to use them effectively.
    She currently serves on the REIWA Auctioneer’s Board.
    In the last twenty years Jennifer has personally invested in training with some of the leading sales and marketing professionals in Australia and the world, working on sales techniques, marketing online and offline and strengthening her negotiation and mediation skills.
    When Jennifer started in Real Estate, she quickly realized that there was a huge deficit in the overall marketing of properties. As a business consultant working as an advisor for SME’s in both Brand and Emotional Direct Response Marketing, she noticed that the marketing around property was very weak and substandard.
    Knowing that the home is the biggest asset most of us will ever own, she was and still is upset by the lack of training in marketing and the haphazard campaigns that most home owners receive when selling their home. This is a crucial time for most home owners and the result that they get will dictate what they can do in the next phase of their life.
    This training and experience gained by Jennifer over the last 28 years is unique and this allows her to focus on the most important aspect of selling your home – finding and realising the true value of your home, communicating that value in a way that creates an emotional connection and skillfully negotiating with your best interests at heart, while fully respecting the buyer.
    Jennifer believes that as a home owner, you are fully entitled to receive the value that is in your home and she is in a powerful position to work with you in making it happen so you can move on to your next phase in life with confidence.
