James started selling real estate in Scarborough in 1998, before moving to the inner-city suburbs of Perth in 2000. James made a name for himself in and around Highgate and Mount Lawley, selling one bedroom units and was the outstanding market performer in this segment.
June 2002 James became a partner in a city fringe real estate firm and continued to expand his specialised market share to sell strata property in all areas surrounding Perth and was soon selling several units per week in Maylands, Victoria Park, Wembley and Mount Lawley/Highgate.
Following his success selling for residential agencies, James decided to continue his success with Coldwell Banker Pro Property in the CBD. This firm helped James' knowledge in other areas of real estate and reaffirmed his model of specialising in a single market segment.
James Dene Property was born in 2010 with James Yeoman and his business partner selling one and two bedroom units all around the city. James Dene Property grew and merged with Key Performance Realty (KPR) in 2012 to form a formidable team with James' experience selling large quantities of strata property and KPR’s experience in project management and selling project strata property.
In 2018, James moved KPR to Richardson Street, West Perth and has a renewed focus on strata property sales and property management.
James presents regular first home buyer seminars with information tailored to strata buyers; providing information about the sale process, the market and strata information, which provide James an opportunity to build relationships with buyers in the market and future owners of strata property.
With James' unique strata sales system, he is able to contact his vast (7,900+) database of qualified buyers and carefully monitor these peoples interest and interaction with your advertised property. From this information James can follow up potential buyers and get them through your property.
