Before entering real estate, Ivan was working as an engineer in the oil and gas industry managing projects worth millions of dollars. Ivan found a deep interest in real estate after he purchased and sold his first property on his own and this interest grew into a passion which allows him to perform his dream job daily as a sales representative.
Ivan’s qualities are clearly in his customer service, communication, and marketing but most importantly he is trustworthy. He believes that 'honesty is the best policy' and therefore, his relationship with his clients is built on trust. Being able to understand and listen to his client’s needs and finding solutions to any problems that may arise, he ensures that the process of selling or buying properties is stress free and enjoyable. He treats each and every one of his client uniquely because he understands that every client has different needs and expectations.
Ivan strives to ensure that his clients are well informed about the latest property trends which will allow them to make the right decisions hence achieving the best results on their property. He is always motivated to take the extra step in ensuring that his clients receive the attention and service that they deserve. He is also able to work with people from different ethics, cultures and age groups.
