About Clint Evans

Having been born in Australia in 1961, I finally returned to Perth in January 2004. Having received huge recognition for my work within the real estate industry from the 'National Association of Estate Agents' after gaining over 18 years experience in the UK, I left behind me in the UK a successful partnership of four offices and a property management department. The success has continued, and having worked as a Sales Manager for two years, coaching and mentoring a highly successful team in Midland, I decided to return to the day-to-day business of selling real estate in his niche market, the Northern Suburbs. In an ever-changing market, technologies have certainly altered the real estate industry, but I still believe the fundamentals of experience, a genuine passion for property and a desire to deliver the best possible service to my clients by being honest and upfront is the way forward.
