About Chantal Lyneham
Chantal’s hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated and personal nature have been key ingredients in her rewarding career since embarking into the Real Estate Industry in 1995.
Her journey began as a sales representative after attaining Accounting and Real Estate qualifications. After 9 years in Real Estate, and a brief venture into the finance and investment field, her journey provided invaluable knowledge, experience and diversification which lead to the creation of View West Property Group in 2005.
Understanding and appreciating the individual requirements of each client and creating tailored solutions has developed a loyal following enhanced by our mantra –

Chantal has been a passionate Bicton resident for over 16 years with her husband and two adventurous boys. She is personally invested in the area and has firsthand knowledge of the local market, which is invaluable for sellers and buyers alike.
